Easy B Royston (68182Z) - Ladies Wide Fit Velcro Shoe in Black 2V . 

Royston is an attractive Wide Fit design made up of a soft supple leather upper with a stretch panel that wraps around any sensitivities such as bunions or hammertoes. The velcro strap allows for adjustability but is also easy to open and close. The lightweight sole with air bubbles technology gives plenty of cushioning, so it feels like you are walking on air! The shoe is leather lined and comes with a removable leather insole to accommodate custom orthotics if required.  

Easy B Shoes are a Wide Fit brand. They are deeper and wider than your standard brands. The smallest fit is a 2V which accomodates a 2E to 4E by the removal of the extra insoles that come with each pair.
