The Tecno-3 system is also replaceable if damaged. The Sidi heel cup is an anatomically molded plastic shell. It stabilizes and supports the heel, reduces heel slip, and helps the rider to transmit more power to the pedals. The MTB competition sole incorporated into the Speed shoe is composed of nylon with PU inserts. It can be equipped with two crampons on the tip to face arduous and muddy tracks. (Crampons are sold separately)
